Phil was born and raised in Santa Monica California, moved to Phoenix Arizona graduating from Washington High School. After Officer’s Training School Phil was commissioned a Lieutenant, ordained to minister in the Salvation Army and received an AA degree from Azusa Pacific College.
At a Salvation Army camp meeting in 1971 Phil accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and savior.He understood that it is by God’s amazing grace that we are saved and not by our own works.
He met Mona at church and they were married in 1986. They have a married daughter, granddaughter and grandson. Through the years Phil and Mona have served together in various ministries. Phil has previously served as an elder and taught many Bible studies as well. His strong desire is to see the Bible taught verse by verse penetrating through the hearts of man bringing glory to God.
Phil presently works for Maricopa County Equipment Services as a service writer.
